Software Engineer
Work across the stack on a live exchange: order gateway, risk engine, market data, settlement, and the trading UI. We value product-minded engineers who can own new features end-to-end, from conception to delivery.
What you'll work on
- Low-latency, reliable and correct-by-construction trading services in Rust
- React / TypeScript trading interfaces
- ClickHouse data pipelines
- Integrations with traditional finance rails
- AWS / Terraform / IaC
What we look for
- Interest and experience in finance, markets, or trading
- Sound judgment on correctness and operational risk
- Strong system design instincts
- Bias towards shipping
- Comfortable reading and understanding unfamiliar codebases quickly
- "AI native" (whatever that means)
Nice to have
- Professional experience in Rust
- Exchange, brokerage, or HFT background
